“Safety First” Golden Rules
Our fundamental safety principles, which everyone on our premises is required to follow:
Authorization and Training: No hazardous task may be undertaken without the required training and competence.
Mandatory Use of PPE: Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn correctly and in full in designated work areas.
Safe Stop: Work must be stopped immediately and the situation reported whenever a hazardous condition or unsafe act is identified.
Emergency Preparedness: Emergency exits, assembly points, and fire extinguishing equipment locations must be known, and access routes must always be kept clear.
Housekeeping and Cleanliness: Work areas must be kept clean and orderly at all times to eliminate slip, trip, and fall hazards.
Our OHS Performance and Goals
We go beyond compliance by continuously measuring and advancing our occupational health and safety culture.
Zero-Accident Goal: Our top priority across all our operations is to ensure that every employee returns home safely at the end of each day.
Training Hours: We provide all our employees with an average of 20 hours of theoretical and practical occupational health and safety training per person each year.
Safety Reporting System: We review and process 100% of all near-miss and hazard reports submitted by our employees and take immediate corrective action to improve workplace safety.
Continuous Auditing: We continuously review and update our processes through internal and external audits to ensure compliance with international standards.
Our OHS Vision
